The X3's 31.5-inch seat is one of the lowest adult seats we track. If you are around 5'6" or under, or buying for a teenager who has outgrown youth bikes, that number matters more than any power figure on this page — being able to get a foot down is what makes a bike confidence-inspiring rather than intimidating.
